This fantastic Waldorf salad, which is an excellent alternative, does not contain any mayonnaise in any of its components. When it comes to apples, walnuts, and raisins, the flavors are so clear and unadulterated that it is difficult to overstate how pure and fresh they are. In no way does it fall short of the expectations that were set for it.
